About our shirts:

We use White Gildan G420 100% Polyester Shirts.

Due to the fact that the shirts are 100% polyester the shirt will be thinner than a cotton shirt. 

What is Process of Printing the Shirt?

We use Sublimation to create our shirts. This means that the design will be permanent as the ink will be embedded in the fabric of the shirt. The designs will not crack or peel even after multiple washes. 

Why White shirts?

We prefer to use white shirts because most of our designs have white in them. Unfortunately with the sublimation process there is no way to print white, so if an area of the design is white and we use a color shirt, that area becomes the same color as the shirt. As our business grows we will look into alternative options for color t-shirts.
